No Demos please.
We are not a big label, we cannot make you famous and we do not offer LP/PR campaigns for releases.
We do not own masters, we do not collect large amounts of money, we pay the artists most of our $, we are not grant funded and we mostly work for free.
We generally just want to work with friends or artists we admire.
We only do about 6 releases per year and our schedule is full.
Art is difficult and subjective but you will find your audience with or without us.
Shipping and Return Policy
We try to be as reasonable as possible with shipping and returns.
We ship all orders within the United States by media mail unless we receive special requests from customer when order is placed. Most likely you will receive orders via media mail. With media mail, we both take a mutual risk by using the cheapest service available. Media mail is mostly processed through sorting machines so probablity of damage to product is higher with media mail, opposed to first class mail. We cannot control or insure how the postal service handles our packages, especially with media mail. If you have an issue with how the package was handled please take it up with the post office. If your package was destroyed, please talk to them first as we are not responsible nor can control what they do. If you want us to not use media mail email us before placing the order. We will give you a quote on the shipping your order first class mail – orangemilkrecords@gmail.com
If you order from outside the US and you receive damaged product, we will replace the product free of cost, but customer must cover the shipping cost. We can also offer a refund minus the shipping cost.
If you don’t want to use USPS, and want us to ship your record UPS (far more reliable), email us, we can give you a quote for your order. Please email us before placing the order – orangemilkrecords@gmail.com
If you do not enter your correct address and the package is returned to us, customer will pay for shipping/labor to resend the record.
